My doctor ordered an enema to get things started.....it worked. Once you clear yourself out....body takes over! Id wait til 40 weeks, but Good luck.

Red raspberry leaf tea does not start labor. You can drink it in any amount through out your entire pregnancy. It tones and strengthens your uterus over time.
The best thing you can do if you are contracting and already bringing to dialate is stay upright and relaxing. Walk, sit up right, get a massage, get a pedicure, take warm baths, spend time with your partner or loved ones, have some fun, nipple stimulation, have sex.
Relaxing and feeling loved helps your body to produce oxytocin, the hormone that causes labor.

Why would I call a doctor I am not having regular contractions, my water has not broke and this is my 2nd pregnancy? I was asking for advice on how to safely get these contractions going a bit more not for someone to suggest I should panic for no reason I'm experiencing what a lot of women do towards the end of their pregnancy I am not going to panic like something is wrong when I am experiencing nothing out of the ordinary...... :-/
