husband is frustrating me!
Omgsh I'm so irritated with him right now! I keep telling him that sex can help induce labor & help get things going considering I've been having contractions every night for the last week & he won't because the dr said at our last apt she can feel his head... so now he is completely freaked out & I explained to him that it's impossible to reach that far! Lmao he's just a jer.k sometimes! I tell him he's being selfish because I'm in pain & I want to speed things up. 38 weeks & I'm ready! I wish my Dr never even said that because he never had a problem before & now he's so unattractive & grossed out by me because 'his head is there'..
If you have a breast pump already, then use that. If not just generally massaging, tugging on, or playing with the nipple and areola should help

Going to try this. I just did a very crazy dance i found on youtube lol now im going to the nipple stimulation. Then pusshing when contractions come. I just dont want to pass due date im miserable
Kind of the whole thing! I've been doing circular motions on the whole nipple/areola. Or I heard you can use a breast pump! I've tried that last week & it didn't do much

Basically rubbing your boobs - massaging them or act as a baby sucking to trick your body into thinking baby is already here. It releases the natural hormone petocin that can trigger or start contractions/labor :)
