Yeah I would at least call your doctor. I have miscarried twice now and every time my doctor said any kind of bleeding along with cramping are signs of a miscarriage. Bleeding during pregnancy and cramping during pregnancy are both normal of they are separate but together not so much. Just know that aside from falling on your stomach or drug and alcohol use, you CANNOT do or not do anything to stop or cause a miscarriage. It is just a natural part of life. But if you do miscarry just know that it is a good sign 5hat you are able to get pregnant! So you can always keep trying!

I'm  28weeks I had bleeding at the beginning of my pregnancy.  My doctor said it's black dark blood so it's absolutely fine,  but if it looks really red like new blood go to the doctor especially if you're in a lot of pain. Good luck stay positive :)
