im craving a coke ( soda)
One of my oldest son's friend had left a cup of coke in the kitchen. It was so tempting but I told myself no I need to wait until the baby is born.
Yea go for it. I stopped soda before I got preggo but have been craving sonic dr. Pepper. I usually get some but just watch the caffeine intake the remainder of day.
A cup won't hurt you. I was so addicted to Pepsi and gave it up when I found out I was pregnant. I couldn't stay away. I will have a few a week if that. I just make sure to double my water intake afterwards. It tends to cause me to have a lot of mucus now so I only drink it if I really need to satisfy my craving.
If u crave something don't hold back. Just a sip or a cup does not hurt.
Its ok.to have a little once and awhile :)
