im over due 40weeks 2days
how can i bring on labor naturely as i didnt really want to be idues
The baby will come when he/she is ready but some old wives tales that have been said to speed up the process include: taking a bath, having sex, walking a lot, exercise, drinking red raspberry leaf tea. You never know, it could work but honestly baby will come when ready.
Honestly I don't believe you can bring on labor.... I think when baby is ready to come baby will come. Allow your body to do what it needs and use this time to relax and enjoy some last days before chaos hits. Don't get me wrong I have loved every day of being a mom but having those last few days before it all hit was wonderful. I went 13 days over due and that was in the middle of summer. Don't wear yourself out trying to bring on labor because you will need all that energy during labor.
