I used Mothers milk tea. My first was born at 32 weeks due to eclampsia and she couldn't swallow breast milk so I was pumping and freezing but still nearly dried up and only expressed way less than an oz per sitting. I guess it's possible that it was a coincidence but my supply shot up to 8 oz per sitting within a week or two.
Fenugreek about twice daily, drink mothers milk all day if you'd like its delicious, try rich food such as salmon, avacados, peaches, nuts, and various others. You can go to **********.com and see more tips! But as a nutritionist I recommend also a b12 supplement.
I took fenugreek 3 times a day and drank milk tea at night. I also looked into foods that help produce more milk I remember oatmeal being something I ate every morning for like the first three months then I found out about fenugreek and that helped a lot too:)
I agree with @sweetvegetable. However just to share my experience... I suffered low milk supply with my first as he was a preemie and I had to express for the first 3 weeks. It just wasnt the same and my production began to waver. I was actually prescribed domperidone which increased my milk supply ten-fold!!! But definitely resting, maintaining a good diet and plenty of fluids will be adequate :)
You can't do better than adequate rest and a healthy diet. All that other stuff won't do diddly if you don't get the first two.
