I have milky yellow discharge and a bit smelly, is that an infection?
When you towel off after your showers make sure you dry your downstairs very well!
I have daily showers nothing more, and i dont use panty liners since they are not healthy during pregnancy.

Milky yellow alone doesn't necessarily mean infection but since u have an odor work it it could be bacteria vaginosis. Have them check you. It can be harmful
