I was extremely exhausted for my first trimester lol. But I'm 28 weeks and I'm completly restless!!! I cannot sleep no matter how tired I am. I listen to sleep music on YouTube and it seems to help out a bit. Good luck hon.

I slept like a log in my first trimester but as soon as I hit about 13wks BAM - no sleep!! I'd wake around 2am and that'd be it! I'd sometimes get another hour around 6 but had to be up with my 2yr old shortly after. Then as I reached 29wks I've been back to sleeping pretty well...most nights atleast anyway. There's not a whole lot we can do to be honest unfortunately. Just try sneaking in naps of you can, maybe an hour when you get home from work? Good luck and hope you'll be sleeping better soon :)

In the first trimester I just couldn't stay awake. Then in the 2nd trimester I started to wake up once or twice a night with no reason. And now at the end of the pregnancy I started sleeping very little: if it's not the bathroom trip waking me up, then it's the baby kick-boxing in my belly or me having all kinds of weird thoughts, worries, etc.

Honestly,  that was one of my first symptoms. I'd go to sleep at a normal time, but wake up at 2 or 3 am wide awake. It lasted from week 5 or 6 until partway into the 2nd trimester. Now, at 24 weeks, I sleep like a log.
