Yup. Between getting up to go to the bathroom, discomfort, and inability to turn my mind off it's rough to get sleep. Try something to relax your body and focus your mind. For example a warm cup of tea and focusing on breathing techniques.

YES!! I get a little nap in during the day but at night I'm up. Like I'm in Florida and it 5:15am. Why am I still awake? Dr. Said that I can take Tylenol Pm or Unisome.

YES! It's strange because I'm really tired but finding it hard to sleep ! & when I do, I'm waking up every hour and snacking. I feel more awake and alert at night during the day. Are you not sleeping AT ALL or are you at least getting a few hours a day?

I try to have a soak in the bath before going to bed, but even sometimes doesn't help
