Is it possible to developeople any sleeping disorders while pregnant. I have had bad knee problems since age 10 n I'm almost 19 so quite a while. I'm 16 weeks pregnant I find it hard to sleep during the night due to having to go to the bathroom n my doc told me to stay off my back when laying down to mainly stay on left side. If you need to move lay on the right aide for 5-10 mins then switch back. I have a bunch of pillows supporting my back laying on my left. Still can't get comfortable. N when there is bad whether approaching my knees get worse n lock into place. They start to hurt so I have to keep moving them constantly. N people told me try to have a warm bath before bed tried that never worked. N someone tols me to try drinking warm milk before bed. Well I almost through that up. N something people say go on a small walk before bed I do everynight. I don't know what else I can do. N my doc said she does t want to put me on sleeping meds because it can be bad for baby. She said the best thing to do right now is to try take 2 small naps a day. Well it's hard to do so when your husband likes to decorate the house for Halloween n all these people looking at the house scream outside n they constantly ask for our pic. N I don't know. Any suggestions?
