Can you swap sugary things for naturally sweet foods? I find dried prunes or figs or apricots work for me because I want to eat sour gummy lollies. Also, I find if I have honey on toast or in a cup of hot water with lemon juice that I don't feel like sugar after that. Still not ideal but at least the sugars aren't refined and there is some nutritional value.

Ask your doc also. That is a lot of sweets that you wrote down. Try eating eggs and toast, oatmeal or something more wholesome in the morning. That and dinner are your important meals. Try each meal to eat a healthy protien, fruit or veg, a starch and a whole grain.

Ive been worried about the same thing. My cousin developed GD late in pregnancy, found out the last few weeks. She had to have a c section early to avoid harm to her baby. Ive been limiting my sweets, ill allow myself 1 sweet thing in a day, has to be a regular serving size or not much bigger and healthier stuff the rest of the day.

It can cause insulin spikes and effect your energy. Too much sugar can also trigger gestational diabetes in your pregnancy which can have serious issues for you and baby.
It's OK to indulge in cravings, just do it in little bits or make smart choices. Pick low fat frozen yogurt over ice cream or eat dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. It's all about choices and moderation.
