I get itchy at night. My arms & legs, it's horrible. I try using coconut oil or sometimes baby powder. I just feel so hot in the bedroom at night.

There is a condition called PUPPS, research it. This is basically a condition of which a woman has severe hives (most are actually invisible). You can use a safe steroid cream, like hydrocortisone. But if you continue to have compilations talk to your doctor, describe your symptoms. A doctor can prescribe a stronger but safe steroid cream.

I get an itchy tummy on the days I don't use my superdrug bio oil equivalent. It smells great & isn't as oily as bio oil. Doesn't stop stretch marks though :(

Drink a lot of water... You're becoming itchy because your skin is stretching and growing.. And at a fast rate at that...
Lotion up where you itch
Wear SUPER loose clothing.. I'm talking like go to.Walmart buy a sleep shirt thing that is giant size and goes down to your knees kind of loose. The loose clothing is the beeeest thing for itching
And drink.loads of water to keep your skin elasticity in check
