I had really bad problems adjusting my meals at the beginning of my pregnancy. I had to leave work a few times. I found that if I keep eating three meals a day I have to snack in between. It's extremely hard for me to go a few hours without food now at 33 weeks. Best of luck!
That happened to me earlier in my 2nd trimester. You probably should eat like a light snack every 2-3 hours or so to avoid feeling that way. Hope it helps.
I've been having trouble concentrating and sometimes feel restless and I told my OB he said it's normal in pregnancy...but also I've been getting heart palpitations and I'm not sure what's up with that...
