Hi Ladies I Am A Ftm and Had A Question

Hey I was wondering what exercises are the safest to do while being 26 weeks pregnant I would like to stay in shape and get my legs toned what could I do?

If you're not already in an exercise program before pregnancy,  it's not a good idea to start a vigorous exercise program.  But walking and swimming are always beneficial if you are in good health.
