I downed half a bag of jalapeno kettle chips last week and feel like a champ;)
Don't be afraid to eat spicy food during pregnancy. Jalapenos are just fine, and if that's what you're craving, you might as well enjoy them in moderation. If you cut all that kind of food out during pregnancy, you can sometimes have issues adding them back in while breastfeeding.
I do not the jalapeno ones but i dont see y not u never want to deny ur cravings or u will become one cranky pregnant women lol trust me its happened during all my pregnancies
