labor not sure if I'm in labor? ? help me please

Just curious if this is normal,   im 36 weeks and was bleeding a little this morning changed about 2 -3  pads. its has stopped but im having cramping on and off (like pms cramps) but my back has been killing me to the point I'm not comfortable in any position.  so im assuming there BH.  My question is dose this sound like early labor or just my body getting ready? Has anyone else ever had bad back pain and turns out you had you baby shortly after.

Not soaked also more then spotting, just as if i were on my regular period.

Did you soak the 2-3 pads?!?  Or just spot?

Call your doctor. There is such a thing as back labor although I've never experienced it myself.
