Postpartum girdle or wraps
did you wear any postpartum girdle or wraps after the delivery. Is there any good brands that worked well on you? I'm planning on buying one but have no idea as there are a lot available in the market and choosing the right one is a bit problematic.

Look into bengkung belly binding.
I was issued one by my OB. She told.me to be careful using them thay if you overuse it, it will make your stomach muscles weak and it can do more harm than help.

ItWorks products are awesome. I am currently still pregnant, but i have used there wraps before. I would keep them on for about three hours and sometimes overnights. Had noticeable results within two weeks.
