I would suggest going ahead and going to the hospital. They will take care of you. Especially if you've done the tylenol and done the showers.

Try a shower my contractions weren't frequent till about hour 12 or so they have to be 4 mins apart last for a minute and be consistent for an hour you'll know when it gets to be that time trust me. Walk around n just try n relax eventually they don't stop coming.

If the timing of 3-5 mins is consistant and NOT changing then yes you are in labor an need to go to your hospital, but before doing that. Take a shower to help relax you and take some tylenol. If you are TRUELY in labor tylenol WILL NOT help. That is what the doctor told me to do when I had my son. And an hour after taking tylenol I went to the hospital cause the pain never left and I had my baby boy 4 hours later.
