Around 30 weeks I started having what was sort of like leg cramps. Did some research and realized it was Restless leg syndrome... They ache and you pretty much have to move them all the time. It was keeping me up at night. But like most pregnancy symptoms, they come and go. I suggest drink lots of water. I mean lots! Just doing that eased alot of my symptoms.
I also have been dealing with the restless leg syndrome ughhhhh I'm currently 36 weeks today and have had it since about 25 weeks. Found out my iron was a little low and that could cause it so I was put on extra iron, it helped a little but I still have it sometimes a warm Epson salt bath or massage helps
Eat more bananas & put a pillow in between your legs when you sleep.
Btw restless leg syndrome is where you feel like something is on your leg and it gives you anxiety until you move it.
