light headed and headaches

Hello, I will be 16 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I feel like I can't get any house work done at all. It's like if I'm up to long or do to much movement I feel weak and light headed. I have had a bad headache the last 3-4 days. I can't even walk long without getting light headed. Is this normal, does anyone else have this problem, and  what have you done to help? TIA

With all the extra blood it is completely normal, just try to rest when possible. You can take generic Tylenol for the headaches, hope it gets better.
