Yes it worked for me... I don't even work out and I'm skinnier now than I used to be lol . I eat so much and don't gain a lb.. took me like 3 MO to lose all the baby weight my son is now 8 MO and I'm still breastfeeding him.

I am breastfeeding my daughter now for more than 12weeks and just by doing that I have gone back to my pre-pregnancy pregnancy weight within 2 weeks and that's after a c-section. I'm on no special diet, I eat whatever I want whenever I want. And I'm constantly hungry because of my body generating milk. But I must say, I was lucky to not have picked up alot of weight during the pregnancy.

You burn a extra 700 + calories a day by breastfeeding if you are maintaining a healthy diet while breastfeeding then it is very possible to be dropping the excess baby weight at a faster time

I was gonna breastfeed no matter what. But after hearing it could help me lose weight, I'm of course really happy about it

It worked for my Mom. I plan on breastfeeding as well, even if it does not help me loose weight. It would just be a nice side effect. Your body has to burn calories to make milk for your baby. It has helped some women return to their pre pregnancy weight faster. But since it is good for your baby and could help Momma too, it is definitely worth a shot.

It helps some women, but not all.
