I feel the exact same at 6 weeks. I can't even look at the food I force feed myself or I get super nautious. I have to eat while doing something else. Half flat ginger ale helps me. I've also found apples help, surprisingly. Avoid spicy or acidic foods and stick to bland stuff like toast or saltines. It doesn't last forever. Good luck!

This is actually how i found out that I was pregnant. Around five weeks I completely and totally lost my appetite and I felt like absolute crap. This is completely normal and won't affect your baby. Your baby will continue to take any nutrients it needs from your body - even if you feel like you don't even have them for yourself. I suggest getting really cozy with saltines and some flat ginger ale. If the ginger ale is carbonated it can just add more air into your belly and make you feel bloated as hell. Don't push yourself to eat too much because if you vomit from it you lose nutrients.
