Is that a name you'll want her to have when she's an adult? And kids are really mean so she'll definitely get made fun of for it but that can be with any name

I like it.  It's different I haven't heard that from nobody. I love usual names. What about her middle name

As long as you think its a name that she can carry throughout life without trouble or shame or resentment. Could Dream Amour be a doctor, lawyer, scientist, police officer, military sergeant, teacher, city council member...? Would it put her at a disadvantage in the social and professional world? Things to think about.

You can stick with dream if you like it that much... on suggestion would be dreama,  that way if you get rude comments and it bothers you, just switch to dreama.
But if the name dream is what you want, and you can ignore others then go with what you choose.

I'm not a fan of unusual names so I'm a little biased but maybe you can use it as her middle name instead.

I think for a middle name it would be fine, but not for a first name I have a friend named whisper and her sisters name us secret u don't know what their mother was thinking naming them that but.. Think of what effect it will have on her and her career when companies get her resume and it has her name as dream not to be mean but they will over look it. I love the name luna for a girl but would give her that as a middle name.

Vnessa: Omg I loved that named too! Luna..but I'm a teacher and I know for a fact she would be teased. Middle name seems more appropriate. That goes for name "Dream" as well.

I feel if that's what you want to name "your  daughter", then its nothing for anyone else to say. No offense, but other peoples opinions just don't/shouldn't matter that much especially if they're negative. I understand that its nice to want to see what others think about a decision you've made or going to make, but honestly at the end of the day it's totally up to YOU. As far as your daughter is concerned, she can grow up to be whatever she wants and whomever she wants to be because of how YOU will raise her and not by the name YOU saw fit to give her. I personally love the name you've chosen, and I feel she doesn't have to be hired by any company or organization because she can build, own, and run her own successful business and not have to worry about being judged by her name, by the ignorant people in today's business arena. In conclusion, if YOU love it, nothing and no one else matters. I wish you and Ms. Dream Amour the best.

It's such a beautiful name. If you like it...follow your heart. It's your child, not anyone elses. I know of people who have horrible names like nightmare, nevermind, xtra large and so on. Whether they get teased idk... but all I know is that only ignorant people make fun of other people. We should all accept everyone for Who they are and not what their names are.So I would say..go for it...Dream Amor is absolutely wonderful.

I think that's cute :) curious though would she have a nickname? What would it be?

My son's name is Asher and people call him Ash and I can not stand it! I never thought about it being his 'nickname'. I always correct people, it's Asher but i know he is gunna get called that at school unfortunately lol.

"Dream" & "amour" are words, not names. Kids are cruel nowadays & will make fun of your child. As far as jobs go, they might look at the name as a joke. Think about the future before you name your child.

Just my thought but I think she will be teased and I don't think future jobs will take her seriously by her name. When I hear dream I think of boys calling her wet dream. People are just cruel.

I love unique names but I think I'll do either their name or middle name unique and different, then the other a more down to earth name. Since you're doing amour for a middle name maybe a French first name would go well? But in the end it's your baby and you can name it what you like!
