major weight gain

How many of you went from being small to average weight and became obese during pregnancy? I started at 130 (already bigger for me) and maintained 130 till about ten weeks. Now Im 34 weeks measuring at 36 and weighing about 200! Doctor says everything looks healthy but is this more common than Im thinking or is this like absolutey crazy. I gained 50 with my first and within 4 months dropped 70. So Im hoping I can manage again!

I started at 134, currently 32 weeks, measuring at 34 and I weigh 196 today. Lots of weight gain, bUT no one thinks I look my weight. I still get to the gym 3 times a week and do yoga and my eating has been better. Doctor isn't the least concerned.

I was super fit before pregnancy. 5"3 and 115 lb. When I got pregnant with my son I gained 45 pounds. It took a year to lose the extra 20 lb because I breastfed and couldn't lose a pound. I'm currently pregnant with baby #2 and up 20 pounds at 29 weeks. Hoping to gain no more than 15 going forward but I tend to pack it on at the end.
If you and baby are healthy don't sweat the weight too much. Try to focus on eating healthy after baby arrives and it will come off. The women who have only gained 2 or so pounds were likely overweight or had HG. Best of luck!

I gained weight like that with my 1st an 2nd baby's. My 3rd was less weight but I never lost the weight after my second. But all my friends did. This is my 4th an I didn't even get a chance to lose the weight after my 3rd before finding out I'm pregnant again. So hoping I can manage to lose the weight after this one

Well I'm not normal according to my doctor. I lose a ton of weight when I'm pregnant until the very end.
