Lol, it won't hurt the baby in any way it's just not healthy at all in fact there's nothing remotely healthy about Ramen. But I ate it once also I couldn't help it! ;) as long as u don't eat it everyday you should be fine! Just eat from the food pyramid daily and you'll be in good condition!

I love Maruchan. I used to eat it like 1 time every 2 weeks when I was really early in pregnancy. My favorite is hot and spicy chicken. I stopped eating it because I don't have an appetite for it anymore. My mom says it's too much sodium so be careful not to eat it to much

They are high in sodium and contain msg, so if you can create your own seasoning it is better.

It's full of Sodium so if you do eat it make sure you drink lots of water! Which you're probably doing already. :)

That's funny! I had ruled out ever eating Ramen Noddles again before I got pregnant because they're not good for you. (I've been slowly weeding out junk foods.) So I didn't have them for about a year but when I got pregnant the thought of eating anything make me want to throw up..  except for Ramen Noddles! Finally after feeling like I was starving because I couldn't get any food down for a while, I caved and started crying. My husband went and bought me some. I felt like I was I  Heaven eating that bowl of soup! Lol. I don't eat it often just here and there. I think it's a pregnancy thing.

Ramen noodles isn't "healthy" for you, pregnant or not. But it's fine. You can eat it.

You can eat a lot of it if you only use about 1/3 of the seasoning packet.  It still tastes really good and comforting but much less salt.

At one point it was the only good I could keep down. I was eating two packs a day for a couple weeks, my child is commpletwly fine. I'm 20weeks 2daysnow and was eating them in first trimester and every once and a while now when I crave them.
