massage while pregnant?
Can you get a massage while pregnant. My back is hurting so bad it even hurts when I'm laying down and my husband asked if I wanted him to take me to get a massage but I thought I read somewhere that pregnant women can't get them.
Yep. Just when you make appointment ask for prenatal. There is a seperate certification for the massage therapist.
Ask your doc first! Some massage places will ask for medical permission before doing the massage.
Yes! You can have one and they are wonderful! Your best bet is to have one though by an experienced therapist, who does the prenatal massages. You just lay on your side for them instead of your belly.

Yes u can my back really hurt me during my last few months I was working full time in having my 1 yr old was a hand full my doctor wanted me to do back therapy basically back massage.
Look up some massage places near you and see if they offer prenatal massages (more than likely they do) you should also ask them what products they use (many will use organic products which are safest for baby)
Yes u can get a massage. But maybe you should be worried about the kind of oil they use. Make sure the ingredients are safe for the baby
