Have any of you ladies tried nipple stimulation to bring on labor I've been trying to find ways to help this little man along I'm so miserable and read it was an effective way to induce labor
My dr recommends it tho she said it is tedious bc in order for it to release enough of the oxytocin you have to do it for an hour at a time at least 3 times a day and warned me that the contractions would be strong and can affect the baby's heart rate so as soon as I started having song contractions to go into L&D so the baby can be getting monitored. Tho I have tried I usually don't make it an hour at a time lol it is very tedious!
I never heard of that, but it do makes sense. I'm more so thinking of it like it do does something down there whenever you have any type of nipple stimulation. So my advice is go for it... :-)
