Question for already moms

Okay so I'm going to be 32 weeks on Sunday and lately I've been getting really bad pains in my stomach and back, there's pressure too. The pain in my stomach feels like it's tightening, but it also has sharper pains and tightening that comes every few minutes and goes away while the other tightening stays the whole time. The pains will last from an hour to 3 hours. The only thing that makes it stop is sleep. My cousin just had her second baby and I told her how I've been feeling and she jokingly said "Please don't go into labor!" And then proceeded to say, "The time you really need to worry is when you have all of that pain and diarrhea." Well I've had diarrhea all week long. So I'm just curious as to what this could be? I'm hoping it's not going to lead to labor because I'm out of town with my family and my boyfriend is back home.

It could be your gullbladder? Have you talked to a doctor? Is it possible it's braxton hicks? Definitely something to discuss with your doctor.
