membranes stripped
Ftm here, so I go to the dr today and I'm 2cm dilated, 25% effaced, and he stripped my membranes....now he said to expect some bleeding which I have but he didn't say anything about a water like substance...it that my water leaking or is that normal when membranes are stripped?
I would guess it's your water slowly leaking, I had no blood or leaking with my strip. I did lose my mucus plus though. I'd call your L &DD or OB and see what they went, I imagine they'd want to confirm it is in fact your water.
That could be your water! I'd call your ob or go to the hospital to at least getit checked. When I had my membranes stripped I only had some bleeding with cramping.
