I was prescribed it last week for a bacterial infection. Took it 4 times and my face started to break out in a rash. Called the pharmacist and then the doctor. Both said i was having an allergic reaction to the medicine. Both said to stop taking it. I go to the doctor next week to ddiscuss other options. So just watch out for that.....
It's a category b drug.... same as Tylenol.

It treats a wide variety of bacterial infections. It's a low risk drug for pregnancy.
Its for genital infections. A doctor prescribe it to me because i was having heavy discharge. Am hesitant to take it bacause he did not check what am really having.
