Giving birth alone?

This is my forth pregnancy and will be my first Labour I do alone. My husband and mother came with me the other times. But hubby needs to stay at home with the kids and my mum's not around. So I'll be giving birth alone. Because I'll be on my own I know I'll be asking for an epidural can't imagine going through all that pain with no support. Has anyone else been in labour on their own how was it any tips?

I'm sorry :(. Are any of your children old enough to sit in the waiting room? Mayne an older one can be put in charge.

Do you not have any friends who can watch the kids? As you already know delivery is hard and doing it on your own will be hard. Hopefully you can find a friend to help put where your husband can be there.
