32 Weeks And Dilated

I've Been Having Pains When I Bend Over Or While I Walk I Gets Pains On My Right Hip Like Its Braking.. And Been Have Feeling Like Contractions Pains But When I Go To The Hospital They Say I'm Not But Hurt Really Bad.. But I Am Dilated Half Or 1cm Only Is That Bad for 32 Weeks..?

No, you can walk around dilated for weeks. Pains are just from weight and the way it affects your hips. Last weeks of pregnancy are the most uncomfortable for most women.
