Nope. I have had two missed miscarriages, both diagnosed at 11 weeks. I needed a D&C each time.
The first time I'd had a blighted ovum and nothing had developed besides the sac but I never bled, I had no signs of miscarriage and had no idea I wasn't carrying a healthy pregnancy until we weren't able to detect a heartbeat with a Doppler, and an ultrasound confirmed the empty sac.
The second time I asked for and received an early ultrasound at 7 weeks to make sure things were going well. Everything looked perfect, growth was right on track, and a perfect heart rate. At 11 weeks we went in for the sequential screening ultrasound and found that growth stopped at about 8 weeks. Again, no idea. No bleeding, no serious cramping, no fever, no pain, no change in morning sickness or other symptoms of pregnancy. Just no heartbeat.
So, it can happen different ways for different people. It isn't always so obvious. Which is unfortunate. And scary. But it's true.

I miscarried November 30th last year & I didn't bleed as heavy but I did pass the fetus. I was between 6-8 weeks. Not everyone is the same. I felt flutters then a gush of wetness which was the blood of course. By the blessing of god I conceived my newest bundle a week or two later. You should always call your doctor or go to your nearest hospital

You should always go to see your Dr. I had a mc last April and I bled but did not pass everything. I had to take pills to help it along. You risk infection if your body doesn't expel the tissue.
But some bleeding does not always indicate miscarriage. It can be normal for some.
