ways to get the ball rolling
Hey ladies I'm 38weeks 4 days I only have 12 days till my sun shine arrives but I've been stuck at almost 2cm for the past 3 weeks ugh any suggestions on how I can get things going?? I kno I should let it just happen on it own but I'm so ready
Need some advice really bad
Walk walk and walk some more when I was pregnant with my son at 36 weeks I was 2 cm dilated and my doctor told me that he would induce me at 37 weeks if my I dilated the 4cm so I went to a college track field an walked from 7pm to 9 and it helped a lot I would start to get contractions and would push threw them the next week I was 4cm dilated and 7 hours later he was out
