I've been given four different vomiting medications to take all at once. Also have ******* pops. Been told to eat only the things that can be kept down! I've lost 25 pounds. Been in and out of the hospital. Take it easy talk to your doctor.

I was miserable from morning sickness. I had it all day everyday! After trying to eat small meals, taking my prenatal at night, drinking plenty of fluids, nothing helped. I called my doctor and she gave me generic zofran. It worked to the point where I could eat abd not throw up, but I was still feeling sick. I was sick the first seven months!

This was happening to me during my sixth and seventh week.I found that eating several small meals a day and staying hyrdated was the most helpful. I know this is hard to do when you are feeling sick, but after a day of doing this you will feel so much better. Popsicles also really helped to temporarily relive some pain.

Drink water eating small meals helps alot, eat 6 or 7 small meals instead of 3 large ones. Keep crackers close buy for that wave of nausea. I've got the same problem, these help some. And don't drink anything with strong flavor dont eat anything greasy or spicy  this will help too, at your first prenatal apointment tell ur doc about the morning sickness they will give you something to subside it. Good luck momma it dose get better
