I'm 33 weeks and I'm almost 3cm dialated
The Dr said iI can go into lablabor anyday now becbecause of contractions but how do you dialate faster or does walking really help you go into labor faster?

Personally, if I was 33 weeks & I was already dilated, I'd put myself on bedrest if my doctor didn't order it. I wouldn't want to go into labor at 33 weeks... too early. Best of wishes for you & a safe delivery & a very healthy baby!
Be sure to follow your dr's advice. If they have advised you not to walk (eg go on bed rest) then make sure you follow these instructions.
