muscle pains

Hey all I'm 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I'm very petite and have been having excruciating butt and hip muscle pains. Everyone tells me it's because my body is changing to make room for the baby. Is this true? It hurts to get out of bed or even sit in the car. Are there any remedies that does not include taking pills?  I tried a warm bath but that didn't help either.

This morning I took a clear blue digital test. Came up pregnant 1-2 weeks. So I got super excited. Then after dinner tonight I took another digital test said not pregnant. Could it be possible?

I'm about to be in my third trimester and still get those pains sometimes getting out of bed, etc. I know that if you sleep on your side you won't have the pain as much or as bad. It is due to your body changing and growing for the baby though I'm petite as well. Being active every day helps also.

Try hot pad, gently massage with vitamin E oil. I had it couple times too but it went away after my first trimester.  Now I am getting them back in my third trimestee
