nail salons .. is it safe ?
My baby shower is next week and I'm not the type to get my nails done at the salon. My aunt wants to take me to get a message and my nails done. I've heard of people getting infections @ places like that. The last time I did my nails at the salon was 5 years ago. I'm very picky what I do during my pregnancy , i want to keep him as safe as possible.
My question is if it's safe to get done , or should I paint them myself ?

Just wear a mask, you'll be fine.
I go every 2 weeks bci can no longer paint my toes and the massage is amazing.
Forgot to say...do your research and find a place you're comfortable going to.
Should be fine. I got my nails done once during pregnancy. For the shower too. Paid more for an upscale place that had good ratings and uses clean sterilized tools. I brought my own nail polish. I asked to go during a slow time too so not to much fumes in the air. Had a lovely experience.

I got my done throughout my whole first pregnancy and my son was perfectly fine. I'm also doing it throughout this one.
