Is it morning sickness?
I haven't thrown up at all. Which sounds like a blessing but im worried since I've previously had a miscarriage. I'm 7 weeks. I've had stomach aches on and off for a few days now. Food aversion. I can't finish meals. I also got dizzy when standing this morning. Is this morning sickness? ?
Sane thing happened to me with this pregnancy this is my first and only pregnancy though ... I never once had morning sickness but trust me the last trimester will make up for the sickness you never got during your first trimester. .... sorry you lost your babies before if its something your really worried about call your doctor and ask them for reassurance
