Is anyone elses stomach really sore like u did a bunch of crunches?
Maybe its gas
I dnt think i can have bh yet im only 6 months. And maybe it is growing pains. Idk but its irritating tryin to get up is like close to impossible
Most of the time it's growing pains. I feel like I did a huge abb workout.
OMG yes! I think mine is from all the BH contractions though. My sides are really sore too like I laughed really hard for days
