nasal congestion/ sinus problems
I usually take a medicine for my sinus problems but I cant take it while pregnant . I dont like any teas or anything else ... anything you ladies could suggest ?
Dr told me Tylonel cold products
I have chronic sinus issues. The only meds i can take is a zpack. Its safe while pregnant, and im now 37wks
Pseudoephedrine is what my doctor recommended. ....I dont trust any meds while pregnant so I'm just toughing it out. I'm stuffed up 24/7
Benadryl that's what my ob has me on
I have a list in my journal that my ob gave me if you wanna take a look
