nasal congestion

Does anyone have any tips to better my nasal congestion? Or is there anything I can take or use?

I have a humidifier because I'm sick and also have nasal congestion since the beginning.  It clears it right up.

I Also use a betting pot everyday and I feel Like It's The best Because It's not a medication and It helps clean out Ur sinuses as u use It.

You can try a neti pot every day, it helps my sinuses stay cleared out. Saline spray also helps. There are some meds that some docs say are OK OTC but not every doc agrees so you'd need to ask your own.
