I did laps walking fast pace around the parking lot at the park and had contractions all last night. Will do it again, at least ten. I will not recommend castor oil as someone recommended it to me. I loved it because it cleaned my system for a good two days because prescribed medicine never worked but i felt bad and vomited. I only did 2tablespoon eww! I'm dealing with the constipation now. I felt with a week left it would have assisted with starting labor but nothing. Now i understand that most who do it get induced and I'm going natural so not for me.

Try waking fast pace if you can. Constipation made that hard for me so i use enemas. Sorry tmi. My doctor had advised he against sex since i was contacting at 34 weeks lol, so I've just started back.

Do a lil walking and if possible sex could help. Good luck :)

My Midwife said it's super bad for you. She told me dates, pinapple and rubbing almond oil on belly works but it hasn't so far :(
