nausea/headache/dizzyness/fatigue

I'm 8w2d and I'm experienceing very bad nausea along with that is headaches and faint dizzyness.  I'm also really fatigued I find it hard to get out of bed most days.  I'm not a fan of feeling like this any suggestions on what can help. Also are you allowed to drink coffee I've been considering drinking it to see if it'll help but
I heard it's not healthy while pregnant!?!?

From what i've researched morning sickness i believe is directly related to bowel movements... I barely had morning sickness and I was only a little nauseous.  I had 3 prunes a day in the first trimester. (Old time doctors used to prescribe suppositories... )

For the sick feeling...I recommend ginger. It tends to help a lot on calming your stomach.

There are oils or you can get ginger candies at most walmarts.

Congratulations mommma!

This is my first pregnancy and there's a chance it could be twins because I'm a twin myself raises my rates to 80% . I've tried lemon drops but they don't seem to help much.  It's hard for me to put anything down I have to force it.

Sorry for that being so long lol. And for it being there twice I don't know what happened.  One last thing, with my experience, coffee only made things worse with nausea, but you very well could be different. I'm just now starting to be able to drink it very rarely. Bye, now!

I'm sixteen weeks and three days, and I know exactly where you're coming from. I am also suffering with symotoms from mono, which I had pre-pregnancy, and to sum it up, it has been rough. Being young doesn't help so much either, but the first trimester was a nightmare. Every noise brought on a terrible headache. Every food that I loved, came right back up. Every single day. With mono, I went from 132 pounds to 118 pounds (with a full stomach), and during the first trimester I only gained a small four back due to somewhat being able to eat. The smell of cooking food made me so sick that I had to run to the bathroom and...you know. Now in my second trimester, I still have these problems, but they've simmered down to a third of how bad they were. My doctor told me to take Tylenol for headaches, and also all the aches and pains I feel here and there, and prescribed/ gave thr green light for two nausea medicines, one to take as soon as I get up and one to take before bed. It has made things soooo much easier, so I suggest that when you next visit your doctor, tell him or her all you're experiencing. Sadly, the weakness and fatigue and feeling like you never get enough asleep, he or she probably cannot do anything for but suggest lots and lots of relaxation and naps for momma to be. Lord knows that now getting sleep is more difficult than pre pregnancy. Congratulations and good luck, mama!

I meant to say "...all the extra blood my body was pumping for the baby."

I've also had headaches in my first trimester and they were so bad I called my doctor. Dr said it was because of all the extra blood my body was pumping for the body and that it was ok to take tylenol. Call ur doctor and ask what u can take for headaches. The fatigue is a symptom that comes with being pregnant unfortuantely, but it will pass after a few more weeks. Just take more naps and rest every chance u get. I know it's easier said than done, but it may help.
