when ihave my son my daughter will bee 14months &ihave tried finding a double jogging stroller that will hold a toddler &carseat but icant find one. iplanned on running everyday to loose alot of weight since ihad my kids so close. but idk how im going to bee able 2run with them both. im a single mother so no one 2watch my kids every day so ican run. so iwas wondering if anyone knows any excersize ican do at home that will bee effective &burn alot of calories. until my son can sit up &ican use uh double jogging stroller. thanks in advance
