need advice

The past three nights I've been waking up at 1 with heartburn by 130 I'm throwing up and freezing with a slight headache. By 2 I'm able to lay back down but unable to sleep for at least another 30 min. This has followed a  schedule to a tee for three days. It's not the flu because I'm able to go about my day and work with no sickness. I'm having a hard time breathing which is pretty consistent, especially at night.
I'm 35 weeks just looking for advice from others on what they've done to sleep or relieve this.

Zantac worked for me and is on my safe list.  It only lasted 12 hours though so doc prescribed protonix once a day and that has cured it for me.  The acid was making me vomit so I decided the pills were worth a try.  (Been vomiting for so many weeks.)

Try sleeping in a more sitting up position to try and keep the acid down, gravity is your friend especially when it comes to acid reflux
