need help I'm 38 weeks
Last night I woke up with lower back and pain I woke up today and I feel nauseous and lower back pain and the have few pain on my lower abdomen that comes an go am I having contractions?
I'm 38 weeks today & I've been having those pains for a while now, they come & go. I think you'd be able to know if their contractions or not even if you're a ftm, that's what I was told. But obviously if they pain gets worse & they become 5 mins apart, go to the hospital
Sounds like it to me. That's how my contractions were. If you can start timing them
