Yes vitamin d3 deficiency is common in certain parts of the country where we dont get enough sun. I think I found out around 20-22 weeks. Start taking a vitamin d3 supplement, my husband picked me up one from gnc, but just about any drugstore/supermarket should have them. Just try to remember to take it everyday and get plenty of dairy products in your diet. I havnt been great at remembering to take mine, but have been noticing the last 2 weeks or so if I remember to take the vitamin d3 and drink a glass of milk right before bed my leg cramps arent as bad. Ive been doing better now at remembering since it seems to impact my sleep. Wish you well! Dont worry I'm sure baby is doing fine, this is very common for both pregnant and non pregnant women.
