I work, study and have a 15 year old so its hard for me to get a lot of rest. Its annoying because im so tired during the day yet come night time im wide awake. 2-3 hours a night is definitely not enough.
I've been feeling like that too, just overall wiped out. I just try to sleep as much as I can. I've been sleeping 12 to 14 hours a day. And feel refreshed the next day, but can't do that all the time.
