So I'm 29 weeks and I went to the doctor thurday. They told me I have a negative blood type and will be receiving shots soon so my body won't attack the baby. Anyone else ?

The loss of the twin would not have anything to do with the blood type. Generally,  the negative blood type is determined during a woman's 1st pregnancy, but is not a cause for concern until the next pregnancy or pregnancies. More than likely it was just a case of a "disappearing twin". This is actually more common than you would think, but a lot of women do not know that there were more than one embryo present unless they had an ultrasound early on in the 1st 8 weeks of pregnancy.

I thought they were quite late myself ! I started out carrying twins (first time mom) and by my first scan the 2nd baby wasn't there. Could it be because of my negative blood type ?
